PSYCHOTHERAPIST, PSYCHOLOGIST – INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY, PSYCHOTHERAPY IN ENGLISH
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist. I provide psychoanalytically oriented individual psychotherapy and group psychotherapy.
I work with adults looking for support in life difficulties such as: anxiety, low or changeable mood, inner emptiness and sense of lack of meaning, eating disorders, stress. I support people experiencing relationship crises and burnout situations.
I completed a comprehensive, four-year psychotherapeutic training at the Institute of Group Analysis „Rasztów” (The Institute is accredited by the Polish Psychological Association and the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association. It is a member of the European Group Analytic Training Institutions Network and the European Federation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists). I am currently in the certification process.
I obtained a psychotherapist certificate after completing a comprehensive, four-year psychotherapeutic training in Bioenergetic Analysis (Training affiliated with the Florida Society of Bioenergetic Analysis).
I obtained my diploma in clinical psychology at SWPS University.
I also gained professional experience in public mental health care facilities at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology and the Wolski Mental Health Center of the Wolski Hospital.
My work is supervised by certified supervisors. I constantly develop my competences by participating in lectures, seminars and workshops on psychotherapy.
I also conduct therapy in English.
