In my therapeutic work, I refer to a concept that, in addition to the psyche, takes into account the body, energy, spirituality and the human environment.
I work with adults who experience difficulties in relationships, struggle with strong emotions, low mood, depression, experience excessive tension and anxiety, are experiencing a crisis in their personal lives, suffer from addiction, loneliness, misunderstanding, shame, guilt, excessive anger. , frustration, self-criticism, emptiness.
I help you discover how the past affects your present life and how to free yourself from the resulting difficulties.
I support people with a feeling of constant stress, irritability, crisis in relationships or mourning, people with low self-esteem, experiencing a feeling of powerlessness, lack of influence on their own lives, wanting to better understand themselves, their feelings and needs, increase self-acceptance and self-confidence.
I accompany you on your way to searching for a good, peaceful and comfortable life with fulfillment and a sense of happiness.
Qualifications and experience:
I am a licensed psychotherapist during Processwork UK training in London, with accreditation and supervision from UKCP and the Polish Society of Process Psychology (PTPP) belonging to the Polish Council of Psychotherapy.
I completed the Basics of Psychotherapy training at the Polish Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy in Krakow.
I am a teacher by profession. He has been practicing self-discovery through meditation methods for 25 years. Currently, I am involved in the practice of Rinzai Zen.
I have many years of experience as an actor, yoga instructor and manager of a movement theater group with performances in Poland, the Middle East and the UK.
I gained experience in clinical work and a person-centred approach working with people with intellectual disabilities and with people with mental health disorders in Edinburgh – Scotland. The next place of experience was Vienna – Austria, as a coach and consultant for immigrant support.
I am an LGBT+ friendly therapist
I improve my qualifications by participating in numerous training courses and workshops, as well as using systematic supervision from certified supervisors.
