PSYCHOTHERAPIST – INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, COUPLE THERAPY
I am a certified humanistic psychotherapist. I graduated from a 4-year psychotherapy school at the INTRA Psychological Assistance and Education Center, recommended by the Polish Psychological Association (PTP). For many years I have been gaining and deepening my knowledge and experience in the field of psychotherapy. I work under constant supervision.
How I work: I combine knowledge derived from familiarity with various therapeutic approaches with sensitivity gained from art schools as well as experience gained from working in a corporate environment. For me, a person is a whole including emotional, intellectual, bodily and spiritual aspects.
I see therapy not only as a process of overcoming suffering, but also as a creative process of becoming oneself. By allowing the full spectrum of feelings and experiences, you can live more fully and consciously, and thus create your life and derive joy and pleasure from it. Then life ceases to be a story about the recreated past, and becomes a creative process consistent with my own values, needs and who I am.
I focus on the sources of problems, not their symptoms. I invite you to in-depth relational work in which the healing factor is the therapist-client relationship. Most difficulties arise in relationships with important people, so the way out of them also leads through relationships.
I believe that creating a safe and accepting space in which there can be an authentic and spontaneous exchange of thoughts, feelings and ideas helps you to listen to yourself and come into contact with your own experience as it is. My role is to accompany you on this journey.
I work by integrating various approaches depending on the client’s needs. Gestalt and process work are closest to me. I use a variety of tools, including Gestalt experiences, psychodrama, inner figures/parts work, with metaphor and visualization, physical symptoms and dreams. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, meditation and relaxation.
I also use my own long term explorations in the field of body, voice and breath work. I teach what it means to be in the body and how to follow its wisdom.
I help adults who:

- Experience inner emptiness and a sense of meaninglessness or are overwhelmed by emotions;
