EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I am a psychotherapist in training, a graduate of the four-year Course in analytical psychology and Jungian psychotherapy organized by the Association of Jungian Analysts (SAJ) and the Polish Society of Analytical Psychology (PTPA) in cooperation with the International Society of Analytical Psychology based in Zurich.

I am constantly improving my qualifications by participating in conferences and specialist workshops, especially in the area of ​​developmental trauma therapy. My work is subject to constant supervision by a Jungian Analyst, a Certified Psychotherapist with many years of clinical experience.

I help people who:

  • Are looking for answers to questions about their own identity and the meaning of their actions
  • Feel overwhelmed by social, professional and family expectations, and at the same time have difficulty defining their own needs and sources of personal satisfaction
  • Experience difficulties in interpersonal relationships, which are often hurtful or unsatisfying
  • Feel „trapped” in painful patterns of behavior, unsatisfying work or relationships that do not bring them happiness
  • Want to understand the meaning of their dreams, especially those that are recurring, unclear and disturbing
  • Need support in finding internal mental resources that will help them confront life’s challenges

WORK METHODS

I work in the field of analytical psychology, inspired by the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. In therapy, I pay special attention to dream analysis and deep understanding of symbolic psychic content. My goal is to create a safe space in which the Client can express their emotions without fear and find the path to self-knowledge and inner transformation.

MORE ABOUT ME

I have worked for many years on the border of cultures, gaining experience in the international business environment. In my private life, I am a wife and mother, a teacher and a student. I believe that the therapeutic process is a shared journey towards a better understanding of oneself and one’s place in the world.
