PSYCHOTERAPIST, INDYVIDUAL THERAPY
I am a psychotherapist in a four-year training in analytical psychology and Jungian psychotherapy, run by the Society of Jungian Analysts (SAJ) and I am a member of the Polish Society of Analytical Psychology (PTPA). I obtained my Master’s degree through a research thesis on the process of identity construction by young adults („Tożsamość młodych dorosłych w ponowoczesności”, University of Warsaw, 2012).
My professional background is also the result of international experience and education gained in the UK: Certificate in the Foundations of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education CCPE, London), clinical practice in Italy (Psichiatria Infantile Universitaria Federico II, Naples) and studies in Belgium (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences).
The therapeutic alliance with myself focuses on creating a safe, contained space in which
you can heal and develop yourself. This includes caring for the most vulnerable parts, confronting taboos, and reconnecting to your spirituality. I am trained in Jungian psychology, which involves following what spontaneously emerges from our conversation, together with exploring dreams, thoughts and feelings. This process also shines a light on inner conflicts which can manifest in physical symptoms and cause excessive emotional pain, highlighting patterns of behaviour which do not serve you anymore. This invites you to embark on the journey of self discovery towards finding authenticity and nourishment from within.
In my work I help to process childhood traumas, go through bereavement, loss, separation, depression and anxiety, building emotional resilience and restoring life energy. I help to decode messages coming from bodily symptoms and sensations. My work is also inspired by Gestalt, Systemic and Humanistic Psychotherapy. I adapt the methods individually to your needs, including visualizations, affirmations, meditation and bodywork.
