I completed four years of psychotherapeutic training in Bioenergetic Analysis affiliated with the Florida Society of Bioenergetic Analysis. Currently undergoing a 4-year psychotherapeutic training at the Institute of Group Analysis „Rasztów”.
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. I support people experiencing life crises. I participated in a project examining burnout.
For years, I have been running groups and workshops using the Alexander Lowen method, where I also include the body in the therapy process. I am deeply convinced that giving the body an equal position in relation to the mind allows not only to get to know yourself better, but also to derive more pleasure from life. Recognizing your emotions and feeling them in your body opens the way to knowing your needs. I also gained experience during internships at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology and at the Wolski Hospital in a day ward for people with experience of psychosis.
His work is subject to constant supervision by certified supervisors. I develop my competences by participating in training and specialist conferences. I am on the board of the Association for Contemporary Bioenergy Analysis. I also conduct therapy in English. I am a member of the Ethics Committee of the Polish Society of Process Psychology.
