What is the diagnosis process in Holipsyche?
We focus on transparency and partnership. The diagnostic process is a joint work in which you are an expert in your life, and we are a substantive support.
🧠 ADHD diagnosis (adult)
The standard adult process includes Minimum 4 meetings (each takes 50 minutes).
Process cost: PLN 200 / each meeting.
Feedback (optional): PLN 300
Standard meeting schedule:
- Initial consultation: Overview of your difficulties, motivation for diagnosis and an action plan.
After the first meeting, you will receive a free package of screening questionnaires to complete and return / bring before the next meeting.
- diva-5: Working with a structured diagnostic history – this is the gold standard in the diagnosis of ADHD in adults.
- diva-5: continuation
- Extended Interview: Extended Interview: A targeted, functional holistic interview that allows you to look at your functioning in a broader context.
If, during the diagnostic process, it turns out that in order to make the correct diagnosis, it is necessary to extend the diagnosis with other diagnostic tools (e.g. examining personality disorders, additional ASD), the number of meetings may be increased. Subsequent meetings are held for PLN 200 / meeting. The decision to extend the scope of diagnostics is made together with the diagnostician who informs about the impact of consent / disagreement with the performance of additional tests / interviews on the final certainty of the obtained ADHD / ASD diagnosis.
The minimum cost of the ADHD diagnostic process: PLN 800 (4 meetings without opinions).
Standard cost of the ADHD diagnostic process: PLN 800 + PLN 300 (opinion) = PLN 1100
🧠 Autism diagnosis (ASD)
The standard adult process includes Minimum 4 meetings (each takes 50 minutes).

- Functional Interview (3 meetings): Deep, targeted overall interview focused on social communication, behavioral patterns and sensory processing.
The minimum cost of the ASD diagnostic process: 800 PLN (4 meetings without opinions).
Standard ASD diagnostic process cost: PLN 800 + PLN 300 (opinion) = PLN 1100
♾️ AUDHD diagnosis (ADHD and ASD co-existence)
If you suspect both neurotypes or a coexistence hypothesis appears during the diagnostic process, we conduct a combined diagnosis. Usually it requires 7 meetingsto look at all the symptoms and their mutual influence on your life.
Process cost: PLN 200 / each meeting.

💡 Important formal information
The written opinion issued by a psychologist in Holipsyche is a reliable description of your psychological functioning. In order to obtain a formal medical diagnosis (needed, for example, to implement pharmacological treatment), you should see a psychiatrist with our opinion. Our documentation is a solid basis for a doctor to issue a clinical diagnosis and speeds up further support.
Differentiation and in-depth diagnosis
As a team of specialists, we make sure that the diagnosis is made comprehensive. If during the process we notice that your difficulties may result from other areas (e.g. personality disorders, PTSD or CPTSD), we can offer an extension of the process with specialized tools (e.g.. SCID-5-PD).
Each such step is discussed with you on a regular basis – you are responsible and you decide on the direction of our work.
Your rights and comfort
We want the diagnostic process to be supportive for you, not the evaluator. Remember:
- You have the right not to answer to questions that arouse your strong resistance (we will inform you, however, if it may affect the reliability of the result).
- You can interrupt the diagnosis at any time.

Forms of meetings: Stationary in the office or online, also mixed. It is possible to have 2 meetings in a row, if you and the diagnostician consider it a more convenient solution.
Booking rules:
- Meetings must stay Paid within 6 hours from booking.
- You can postpone your visit to 24 hours before the meeting.
